Which defenses are easiest and toughest to score on at each position. Target the green matchups, fade the red.

Ranked easiest to toughest for the offensive player: a defense near the top of a column gives up the most fantasy points to that position (a matchup to attack), while a defense at the bottom is a shutdown unit to avoid starting against. These are real fantasy points allowed per game from the 2026 season.
